

WHAT IS LATIN DANCE FITNESS
Latin Dance Fitness is a fun and energetic workout inspired by Latin rhythms such as salsa, reggaeton, bachata, and merengue.
Each session combines Zumba style cardio with a short dance learning section, creating a class that is both active and engaging.
We start the class with Zumba style songs to warm up, move, and get the energy up. In the middle of the session we take a short break to learn simple steps and styling from a Latin dance such as salsa or bachata.
Each week we practice a small part of the choreography. By the end of the 8 week cycle, you will have learned a full dance routine.
After the learning section we return to high energy Zumba style songs to keep moving and finish the class with a cool down.
The focus is not on perfect choreography. The goal is to move your body, improve your stamina, and enjoy the energy of Latin music in a supportive group environment.
